It is about figuring out our strengths and weaknesses and being prepared to work on areas that want improving, comparable to attitudes, mateships, school, or getting together with others better. It’s having the COURAGE to be trustworthy with ourselves and being open and prepared to alter in a constructive direction.

Being around mates and individuals who love and appreciate us is another way to feel good about ourselves, which will elevate our self-esteem. Individuals who know our faults and like us just the same are good friends. It is also essential to not take ourselves so severely and to be able to chortle at ourselves. Good vanity is from knowing that we now have succeeded at things in our life that we as soon as thought were troublesome and being able to empower ourselves to strive new things.
